It had been built by late Mr. Anthony Rasquinha and given to the congregation with the desire to offer the aged a home with amenities to enable them to live in serenity and peace the evening of their life. All men and women of 60 years and above are eligible except those who are invalid, bed ridden and those with contagious diseases and mental disorders. The purpose of this project is to render our services to the old, sick, retired and those neglected so that they may have a secure life. The Sisters will cater to the physical, moral, spiritual and social welfare of each senior citizen irrespective of any religion, caste, race, language or social status.

This Home popularly known as the Ashram is situated in Waki Budruk, Chakan, a little away from River Bhama. It is along the Pune -Nasik high way less than a km interior-a narrow lane adjacent to the Maharashtra Bank beside V mart. The building is on a hillock which also has Our Lady of Fatima Church. On all sides one can enjoy a breath-taking view of the country side and experience peace and serenity.
